"Our stay at Puyuhuapi Lodge was, regrettably, far below expectations. To begin with, one must book the boat to access the hotel, which is understandable; however, despite having two boats, several guests were left waiting for 20 minutes due to limited space. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink and a group briefing on the hotel’s facilities, yet no one mentioned the need to book the boat for departure.
