"From the start walking into reception staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure both myself and wife had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. "Visited on business but brought my partner & our dog along so we could extend the stay a little. The hotel could not do enough for us, including nightly breakfast bags to take with us early in the morning so we did not go hungry & a box of doggo goodies including 2 x bowls, meat flavoured beer, salmon treats & a new tennis ball.
