"BEWARE!!! This was terrible. It’s not a hotel by any means. Located in a bad neighborhood, there is no one there to greet you. We stood on a rotting porch for 15 minutes after ringing the ring doorbell only to be told someone would be there in 2 minutes. The smoke alarm dead battery screech coming from inside told me enough. "This hotel was a mess when we went. Come to find out it’s transitioning to a Marriott in a few weeks. The lobby was nonexistent, the check in counter was literally folding tables. All the rooms are upper floors of the building and below is a parking structure. Our room was fairly clean but bare bones. The bed was very comfortable. Refrigerator didn’t work. There were multiple pieces of tape on the ceiling for some reasons. The halls echo very bad, so you could hear everything, especially children running and screaming at 11pm. There also was a very bright light that kept flashing in the room, drove my nuts. I also wasn’t provided a WiFi password, tried calling the front desk, but the phone wouldn’t work. The hotel is in close proximity to the airport. However the shuttle was in very poor condition. Multiple seatbelts wouldn’t work or didn’t have a latch at all, which was dangeous. The driver was on his cellphone having a personal conversation the entire drive. Although there are positives, overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and won’t be staying again."

"The airport shuttle was a joke! It says every 30 minutes but we waited an hour and half. When I called, the woman I spoke to was rude. Noriah at the front desk was great. She requested our rooms were cleaned as a priority since we were there early but it was still 4pm before they were ready. The bar/restaurant was expensive. $3.25 for a bottle of water was ridiculous! The hotel is showing its age and desperately needs a refresh. Will not stay again."

"We’ve traveled for years with me making reservations in my name/e-mail and using my husband CC to pay, with NO issues! This was not allowed when we checked into this location! My only option was to give them a CC with my name on it or my husband would have to come in and all information would have to be changed into to his name. The employee made it clear how inconvenient it was for him to change everything. When I asked for the extra bedding and towels he failed to give it all to me. Had to make an extra trip to the front desk for the sheets, only received one and again acted annoyed that I asked for the other one!"
