"The worst hotel experience ever! I paid for a room for 3 guests, but it only accommodated 2 people. Even at check-in, the room was prepared for 2 guests only. When I asked the receptionist, they said I needed to pay extra for the third bed — apparently, the existing setup was only for 2 pax.
I reached out to Expedia, but they couldn’t do anything about it. In the end, one of us had to sleep on the sofa.
Housekeeping was also disappointing — by 4 PM, our room still wasn’t cleaned. Strangely,...

Good breakfast where you can try local specialty food and some western food choices. The Serene Spa massage is amazing. (It’s not cheap but the skills of their massage are great. "
