Family of four stayed in hotel for 11 days - we had great time. Very nice hotel -staff very helpful, convenient location in haitang sanya, rooms and facilities are very clean and comfortable, with big family rooms. My butler Bobby has been great help to us, patient and experienced. Kids club is great for family, staff well trained and great to kids. There are lots kids pools with staff looking after customers all the time, Alan has been very helpful when we were playing near the kids pool....

We had a fantastic stay at the Sanya Edition at the end of our 2 week holiday in China. The quality of the food in the restaurants was extremely high and I think that the food we ate at Xian Hai was some of the best food we have ever eaten. The spa and general hotel facilities were lovely and breakfast was fantastic.

We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday at Raffles. A very stylish and luxurious break and felt like we were the only ones the the entire time. Great food and amazing service from all the staff. The service. I’ve never understood why people fussed about service... I’m fortunate to have stayed in a lot of fine hotels and their service have always been good but nothing exceptional. This place is exceptional (I never rate full marks and rarely leave reviews). Amazing hotel and facilities. The staff were courteous and efficient. Beautiful beach and pool areas. The local area only has other resorts within 15 mins and no communal area to go to, otherwise a 9/10 hotel and thoroughly recommend
