"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay and to request a partial refund due to a significant issue that affected our experience. During almost our entire stay, we were not provided with working room keys. Every time we needed to enter our room, we had to go to the front desk and ask a staff member to unlock the door. This was inconvenient and time-consuming, especially when we had to wait 10–15 minutes for assistance or return to the front desk because no one arrived to open the room. We finally received room keys at approximately 11:00 PM on the night before our departure, and only after we repeatedly contacted staff regarding the issue. Had we not continued following up, it appears we would not have received keys at all during our stay. Access to a guest room is a basic service that should be provided from check-in. Unfortunately, the lack of room keys throughout nearly our entire stay caused unnecessary inconvenience and negatively impacted our experience. Because we did not receive the level of service reasonably expected and advertised, I respectfully request a partial refund for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response."

"Front desk girl was very helpful. They text me soon after I entered my room to make sure everything was as it should be. Only thing id suggest is more lights in their parking areas. It was a bit dark and being alone was a little scary. Had to walk around budding to enter in."
