"The staff were very welcoming, the lobby was very clean and updated it didn’t prepare you for the room. I was not expecting for it to be so warped (the headboards) and the sheets had stains on them so I shared the bed with my daughter despite having booked a double. Overall the hotel was just mediocre."

I’m already signed up for more of these programs than I can keep track of, and I really don’t need another stream of emails filling up my inbox. The shower was another letdown, with very low water pressure that made it hard to enjoy. That said, the staff—especially the women working there—were genuinely kind and helpful, which I appreciated."
