It was after the 4pm check in time. The woman in front of me had an issue. Waited 20 minutes. Another employee tells me room not ready come back in an hour. I was upset, missed by dinner reservations, and a room was suddenly ready in 15 minutes when I asked to speak to management. I was told no manager would...

"Los empleados fueron muy amables, el baño de abajo del lobby si estaba sucio pero es culpa de la gente que no cuida las cosas parece que son cochinos en las casa. fuera de eso la habitación limpia, el baño del cuarto limpio, el desayuno que ofrecen estaba muy bueno. "Nothing special or out of the ordinary airport hotel, what was a little confusing even for the employees it was the way to register a guest staying there and also using the airport parking lot, i was there for only 3 days and every single employee i dealt with told me a different way to pay for the parking lot fee they should really train all of them together so they all pass the sorest and only way to use the parking lot for us guest."
