"Det var stopp i duschen och dom städade inte för än vi sa till. Kylskåpet var trasigt och det stod gammal mat i den. Det fanns skräp under sängarna och ac i rummet funkade dåligt. Sängarna var stenhårda med konstiga kuddar. Hotellet blev väldigt varmt under dagen, frukosten var inte värd 25 euro ..."
