"Stayed with family on 18-19 June, 2024 . Not so good experience. Room did not have electric kettle/ cups/ coffee sachets. Kettle was provided when asked for it with plastic glasses ( in place of cups) and no coffee sachets. Engaged with Receptionist on duty and final position was : hotel does not provide coffee sachets and I will have to order coffee from restaurant.
