Great location. Across from a park. Charming and clean. Easy to navigate the door system. The luggage check room was very useful. AC, microwave in hall, coffee, fridge. Very happy with my choice of staying here.

This property is in an excellent location for walking Old Quebec. Just like all the other properties around it, it is old and historical. Our room was on the second floor, overlooking the main road, which is a very busy road so that was a little tricky for sleeping. The room was compact, clean, comfortable bed, had a fridge and coffee maker. The building is well thought out, only having virtual staff was not a problem, there is a room with extra supplies and a microwave for all guests to use. I would definitely recommend this place to others to stay.

Great location. There isn’t parking so if you have a lot of bags, you may need to drag them from a parking garage that is a ten minute walk away. It’s an old building so you get some creaking and smells but overall pretty comfortable and equipped. There is no staff or front desk but clear instructions are sent with the door codes to get in. Overall decent stay especially if you want to experience Old Quebec.

The property offers a great location. The communication and self check-in instructions from the hotel were also great and timely. The room was over all charming with a comfortable bed. Still, the room could be cleaner. Some dust was still there in obvious places. Also, it is an old building and the flooring was quite obviously uneven, creating gaps between the entry door of the room and the floor. It impacts the sound isolation. Other residents were quiet and respectful, but you would absolutely hear people going up and down, or talking outside the door.

Excellent location, nice rooms/beds, good air-con (needed in the summer in the attic). There are stairs to the third floor which are manageable, but it would be helpful to have better railings on this circular staircase with uneven risers. There is no staff/service at this "automatic hotel", but the coded door locks worked okay, except poor lighting in the vestibule made working the key pad awkward at night. Parking garages are only a five minute walk away and it is nice to be able to walk everywhere in the Old City. Good restaurants nearby.

Very central to areas of tourist interest. No need for a car unless you want to get out of the City. Our Rm #6 is very small for a couple ( 12X12 ') including the bathroom. I think it's more ideal for a solo traveller than a couple considering the price and size of the room. Cracking on the ceiling corners also are showing. Aside from that it's a great place to crash in after a long day's adventuring!

We are a multi generational family on a week long road trip, We enjoyed the spacious room and central location. The amenities closet was well stocked. There were no problems with door codes. Great location. Next to the St. Louis gate close to the Chateaux Frontenac and provincial parliament buildings and gardens. Our family room was on the top 4th floor, up a spiral staircase of aprox. 70 steps, so might be a physical barrier for elderly or unfit persons carrying suitcases. Otherwise our room was large and comfortable.
