"Did a late-check in which was difficult to organise on the day (search for the hotel for contact details, the number on Expedia just rings out) however after-hours security can get you in with booking number, ID and credit card ($200 deposit). 2-ply toilet paper was really disappointing after the impression the lobby made. Short walk from public transport and amenities. Would recommend if this was cheaper than the $230ish we paid p/night."

"I like the location, room conditions is ok. However the room needs maintenance, the toilet light was flickering and turn off on its own. The shower handle popped out in the middle of showering for my little one. The on suite shower room is low is height, I have to bend my head to suit a fix shower head which is less than 1.8m. If I stand and stretch my arm, I hit the ceiling with my hand, I am not sure why the shower room height is that short possibly about 1.85-1.90cm. There’s no fan inside the...

"Had a great time and highly recommend for families. We incorporated the room, buffet breakfast, and theme parks which were great value! Staff were friendly, and I would also recommend Melrose restaurant who were quick, reasonably priced, and helpful. Great time and will be back!"

"We really enjoyed our stay, kids swam in the inside and outside heated pools daily, we traveled in june and the outside unheated pool was a little too cold at this time. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and great for our busy family. The apartment had quite a few dings and scrapes on the walls but this dosnt bother us as it meant I didn't have to worry about the kids so much.
