"The single bed mattresses and supplied pillows were very worn and uncomfortable. There was no cushion backing to one side of the table area, making it very uncomfortable to use. Our room was directly above the ski locker which was very loud. The air inside our accommodation was very dry so we had to take measures to increase the humidity at night. "Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. "We had a great stay here. The boot room opens straight out onto the slopes for a ski in/out experience. The apartment was comfy and a good size. "
