"A great hotel at Montauban, lovely rooms some with river view, very comfortable beds, excellent bathroom. Good choice of evening meals , and free breakfast, covered parking included,all for a great price ,and Montauban is an interesting town"

"Staff overall were lovely and extremely helpful. Wanted to ensure stay was comfortable even when having to report issues. The place does feel neglected in parts. Lots of cobwebs and tables on terrace not cleaned. That was a pity as it is a lovely area to sit and relax in the evening. Had issue with the room and the cleaning. Bath was dirty and as soon was water was turned on, the dirt was visibly washing down. Staff however handled it well to their credit but they should not have been in that position to start. Was moved to different room and the difference was vast…..clean, well maintained, no carpet stains etc."
