"The hotel was infested with mosquitoes and I got bitten several times throughout the night. The elevator is old and very slow. Customer service were not helpful. I was given a room with a water leak on the ceiling. The location is not good. Unable to get food delivered to the hotel due to the location."

"Bien ubicado para mis propósitos , cerca del centro, aunque se debe tomar Uber o transporte público para llegar al centro, pero es bastante accesible, no es un área ruidosa, el área industrial en donde se encuentra cuenta con varios servicios y restaurantes alrededor, el personal muy amable y atento, definitivamente volvería a quedarme en ese hotel"

"The AC works and the property feels relatively safe. It is close to the QRO airport, and relatively quiet despite being so close to the highway. The TV works. Other than that, this was a motel level of quality, falsely marketed as a hotel (even more laughable, it purports to be a "resort"). The pool looked very dirty and half of the lights in our room (including the bathroom) were too dim to even be used. I would not stay here any longer than one night to catch an early flight at the airport."

"The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The staff were helpful. There is no airport arrival pickup but shuttle to the airport can be arranged. The exercise room was well equipped. There is no large pool. Only certain rooms have a small pool attached to them. The restaurant food quality was mediocre. This hotel is in the industrial area of the city."

"This is not a typical motel. There is no reception area. It ended up being a storage unit with a roll up door. Then long, steep stairs that opened into a room. There were a couple of cabinet doors in the room that were opened for me to pay the bill. Saw only hands, no faces. This is a place where people come for sexual liasions. I wasnt even sure if I would be able to get out in the morning. Ive never experienced anything so weird in my life."
