"The location was closed to the city. Hotel is set up in a private gated property that was a large farmhouse "finca" It had individual small cabins for 2 people to 7 people. "It was a bad experience because there was no air conditioning, the breakfast was bad, there was a dead cockroach in the closet, and they didn't come to clean the room or change the sheets, towels, or toilet paper. It's the first time I've had to experience something like this, and we had to go to another place to stay."
