"This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at hotel. One room had no bed sheets on 1 bed on the other had urine soaked sheets or some bodily fluid that was brown on it. no toilet paper, no shampoo, no conditioner no towels no soap. The outlets did not work in the bathroom no lightbulbs in the lamps. The vent in the bathroom was falling out of the wall. The mattresses and pillow were lumpy and one pillow felt like had a hard dead animal inside. We had to sleep in our clothes as we feared to lay on the sheets with just pajamas on and what type of bugs and diseases that was on the worn out sheets. The lobby smelled like marijuana and the clerk was rude and very put out when we asked for towels. I would respectfully request a refund. "
