The property was beautiful, the rooms were nice and clean. The problem was with the TV. It stopped working and even though I was told they have 24/7 service to fix it, after 13 hours waiting, nobody came to fix it. La habitación estaba generalmente limpia pero los sofá estaban con vómito seco y fue muy desagradable !!! También la tina de hidromasaje la agua estaba fría, cuando debería ser hidromasaje caliente… se le dijo a un empleado y dijo que calentaría y no sucedió
