Preko platforme sam rezervirao noćenje sa doručkom uz plaćanje u objektu. Naplaćen mi je polupansion a iznos su mi skinuli unaprijed sa tekućeg?! Tek kada sam im pokazao potvrdu od hotels. com ( expedie) su pokušali nešto napraviti a trebali im je gotovo pola sata bezglavog zivkanja i "konzultiranja" dok nisu...
