"Value for money is okay"

"Iv stayed at this property before and it was good. This last visit was very poor. I will not be staying again. Checking in was good, I was greeted with friendly efficient staff. Going to my room was ridiculous, there was no lights on the whole floor so it was very dark- couldn’t see and kind of scary. By morning they did plug some lights in on the floor. All I wanted was to relax, have a bath and go to bed. The bath had hairs on it… the corners of the rooms were no overly clean, but had been cleaned, just poorly. I went to turn down the sheets and they didn’t fit the mattress so didn’t stay on the bed, the matress was very old and not very comfortable. I thought I’d relax a bit and the tv was just static, and remits didn’t work. When I got up I noticed things around the room such as a big star of scotch tape on the wall to hold on peeling paint, lots of scuffs, very cheap maitabance. I will not be staying again-expected more from a 190$ a night room. The biggest erk was that I told front desk and the lady didn’t make notes so upon check out the manager says there was no notes so he’s not doing anything. I will never stay there again."

"It was a great place to stay between flights. Very difficult to control the heat in or room. Very cold and the fan was blowing at you wherever you sat. Other than that issue would highly recommend especially the staff on all levels."

"Excellent knowledgeable staff but a hotel that needs a serious overhaul. Taps that don’t work well, elevator that creaks, and pool that needs replacing. But the staff is great"

"Both of the ladies at the check-in desk provided exceptional customer service and they were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a very rude and nasty client at the check-in next to me. The staff handled her with grace and professionalism even though they were well within their rights to toss her out the door. I was sorry to see them get treated this way,"

"Even though this hotel was out of our way, we booked specifically because of the waterpark. We put other plans on hold Friday evening so the kids can have a swim night. The water in the pool was freezing. Someone had to come out and fix it as it was unbearable. It would take hours for the pool to warm up after the maintenance was done and we had to check out the next day. The overall Vibe at the hotel was not the same as two years ago when we last visited. Front desk was not as pleasant or welcoming when checking in. "

"Nice clean room with full kitchen. Decent Continental breakfast with a very friendly attendant. The airport shuttle is actually a taxi service, so call the hotel ahead for instructions. I highly recommend this hotel!"
