"Staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival. Location was great, with beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately the accommodation was let down by the uncomfortable bed, poor pillows, and towels. This didn’t stop us having an amazing time in Bled, but a small investment in good pillows and towels would have improved the sleep and experience at the hotel."

"I am not typically a fan of antiques and classic hotels but I liked this one. Sitting in the classic decor and looking out over the lake was a nice. We only had breakfast but the food prep and presentation were great. There seems to be a focus on dinning I thought from the food and the staff."

"The staff serving breakfast was super nice and kind. Our room was well cleaned during our stay. Only issue was some charges are not visible like the parking fee."

"We had a wonderful sound proof room with blackout curtains. The bed, shower, amenities were very, very good. The staff was very helpful in everything. The breakfast was very good too although there were no eggs provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! :)"

"This hotel could be a four star hotel. It has a big infrastructure but the stay was disappointing. The door lock was patched up but didn’t work. Light switch was floppy and kept breaking. As I walked in, the bedsheet wasn’t clean. There was this ugly dustbin right in front of the door. I got my room cleaned every day and yet every day they didn’t clean at all. Would only replace the towels and make the bed. Didn’t even change the sheets. No cleaning the floor whatsoever. Reception closes at midnight. We checked in around 11.30pm. Went back to get slippers (dint have it in the room), there was no one to help. Seems like the staff and management can easily up the guest experience but don’t want to. Won’t be staying here again."
