"The place is really nicely done. Five Star for the farmhouse character. We stayed 7 nights. Service failed most of the time at breakfast and for dinner. We had a friendly, but very unexperienced staff. Better you bring some resilience along with your vacation mood and just get the cutlery yourself. There are worse things in life. "We had a fantastic stay at Son Granot hotel, Miguel, Mario and Ximena and all the staff were so welcoming to us and were happy to help with anything we needed. This is a lovely b&b located just out of a small town (close enough to walk), the pool was perfect for the warm weather!! The room had everything you needed and breakfast was delicious. We also visited the restaurant at the bottom of the drive which was delicious and would recommend (Pulau). We hope to stay here again!"

"This is the second time I have stayed here and would definitely stay again. The staff work very hard, always friendly, always helpful and welcoming. I didn't see any member of staff not working, they don't stop. Extremely clean as well. Huge selection of food. I have also used your sister hotel in Cala Galdana which is just as nice. "On arrival our room type wasn’t available as the air conditioning wasn’t working however a delux room was allocated and the appropriate compensation was given. We switched to all inclusive at the last minute and found it was one of the best we had. The only frustrating thing was not being able to have the bar menu between 1-4pm. The staff were all friendly and the property was maintained. We will likely return in the future."

Es una pena que los hoteles que son parte de cadenas siempre esten sacrificando calidad para ahorrar en costos. Me da pena poner pocas estrellas por los trabajadores, que fueron todos excelentes. Pero espero que el management tome nota."
