"I was hit by something on the freeway that caused a slashed tire and coolant leak. I called and gave a notice of late checkin and then let them know that the repair was still happening and could I move the stay one day, as I couldn’t get there (weekend repair in a small town). "Upon arrival, the person at the desk was extremely helpful and welcoming. Can't say enough positive things about him.
No problems with the room or parking, except that entering/leaving the lot there is a significant dip. So if you have a low-slung car, you have to be careful.
While the breakfast was nice, it was really crowded. I'm unsure what the hotel can do about that.
I'd have no problem recommending this place to others."

"Beautiful location, but hotel is severely outdated. Rooms are stuffy, carpets look and feel sticky, and ceiling fan barely worked - which is kind of a big deal when there’s no AC in the room and the window only opens about 4 inches - I assume it’s a safety measure. We left and found a nice place in Cambria."
