"Absolutely fantastic! Loved the size of this room and the fact that there was ample parking. Staff were the epitome of hospitality, so friendly and welcoming! Bed was wonderful! Two things I really enjoyed was the cold water in the fridge and the chocolate that was there upon arrival 😀"

"Room was good but had a funky layout. Utilization of space was out of balance. A number of items needed some TLC. Overall it was functional. Reasonably safe area. Secure parking was limited so we needed to park in the street. Parking in Hamilton is a little tricky with varying systems and times of enforcement. Staff at hotel were warm and friendly."
