"The hotel is extremely expensive, the room is basic and nothing special, and the staff are completely unfriendly, except for the elderly porter. There's no kettle in the room, and on weekends, you can hear the band playing loudly until late at night. Check-in is also late, at 4 PM, which is much later than the usual 12 PM or 2 PM. I had to pay an extra $150 for early check-in at 11:30 AM, even though the room was ready."

I would have appreciated more complimentary personal amenities in the room, such as a shower cap, cotton swabs (Q-tips), and mouthwash. The bathroom could also benefit from additional towel racks or hooks to provide more space for hanging towels. Finally, the lobby coffee was self-service, yet it cost $5.00 per cup and included an expectation...
