"This hotel is a lovely small place in a very busy area. It is well placed for ease of travel and the staff is very welcoming. The rooms are adequate in terms of size and the hotel provides a nice breakfast buffet each day. We enjoyed our 3day stay in this area of Tokyo."

The staff was not very friendly and there would be 4-5 of them behind the desk and would never ask if they could help you. I stood I front while they all talked to each other for about 5 min before I had to interrupt them. Also, the elevators are incredibly slow so plan for that. Wish they had certain elevators for different series of floors. "

There was garbage left in the room from a previous guest next to the bedside table, I didn't like the bathroom and it just seemed like too much outdated items in the room for its size. Cleanliness needs major attention - the furniture also had spots and they should toss the slippers - old and questionable."

"Beautiful hotel, very comfortable room and quiet neighborhood which I loved. Excellent location, the train station is only a 5 minute walk away, the hotel provides toiletries and tea and coffee. were amazing and the staff superb. Will definitely stay here again for sure whenever I visit Tokyo. Definitely a 5 + star hotel "
