"Love the location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ close to everything, plus train station is just few min walk. Staff are very accomodating. But the only problem is we woke up in the middle of the night when we heard fire alarm. There are no staff in reception area. Then all of us went down and go outside. But after clearing the false fire alarm, there is no staff there to assist us we have to find ways on our way or ask the firetruck staff if everything is okay and if we are good to comeback to our room."

"Fantastic property. Great views over the harbour if you choose rooms on that side. There is a ledge that you can sit on & sit & enjoy the views or sit & read. Staff were very polite & professional. Room size was very generous & especially liked the bed & bedding. It was a very comfortable sleep. Highly recommend. "

"Room had hair and pee in the bathroom I had to change rooms and purchase my own small bottle of bleach and clean the room myself. No blanket on the bed. The blanket that was is the room was covered in hairs. Also after asking for a clean blanket twice the two they brought to the room were also covered in hairs. Yuck!"

"Only 3 of the 6 elevators appeared to be working (but there was no signage to confirm this) which resulted in my low mobility mother and I having to wait more than 25 minutes for an elevator to check out, at which point she had to force herself into an already full elevator while I took the stairs. We requested to be taken down in the staff elevator and were denied and told to wait or take the stairs. Very disappointed in the service and this experience and wouldn't recommend it to others especially those with accessibility issues."

"Great hotel for a work traveller. Quiet rooms, nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. Rooms are a bit outdated, but not important if you are looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic location."
