They were brilliant, organising the wedding for us and the wedding location that was on the hotels jetty / pier . We opted for an all inclusive rate for our stay which proved a good move as the food was excellent though the package doesn't include drinks. Lovely lodge with everything you need to be comfortable. The views and the air coming from the sea are amazing! Hughly recommended :) The only thing that didn't work very well was the WiFi that only works in certain areas, the rest was lovely and they are very helpful and kind. Would come back any time.

The location is convenient and walkable to Savusavu town. The property is raised up from the road and there are steps up to access, which might make it difficult for someone reliant on a wheelchair. Their is a small kitchen preparation area. You will have to either prepare of go out for meals as there is no onsite...

Our stay at the Maqai Eco Resort was by far the highlight of our wonderful holiday in Fiji. We were looking for a resort with 'bure' right on the beach and we got exactly that at Maqai. Amazing service from the team, very personable. Fantastic food, some of the best in Savusavu.
20 minute walk to town or very cheap taxi, always available.
Owners Dehlia and JJ were most welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to ensure we had the best honeymoon.
We even got upgraded to a the large suite with the most incredible view and a complementary massage.
