"The staff was 5 star all the way from the the time we checked in until we left 2 days later - Thank You to all! The room very clean - nicely laid out (closet a bit small) - very comfortable bed. We were very pleased and surprised at the quality and variety with the complimentary breakfast. Really gave us a nice start to our day. Overall a great stay and highly recommend!!"

"Front desk… As a whole. Flawlessly executed tasks in super high capacity all nonstop environment. I couldn’t help but notice how well they moved between phones computers from desk guest services . Making stressful high capacity check-ins f no hesitation or frustration between one another manother’s knowledgeable amazingly welcoming friendly smiles and accommodations is what youll get. But a particular lady at desk, Michelle, sure completes the atmosphere. Key to a successful fast stress-free check-in!"

"This was our 3rd visit to Great Wolf, but the water slides are still fun and exciting! I also appreciate that the whole family is allowed to enjoy the hot tub to warm up. We also were delighted by the upgrades to the pizza restaurant there: the crust was soft and just the right thickness. The toppings and options were fantastic too. Staff were friendly and great with the kids."

" The property overall is a bit in used condtion. I wouldn't call it rundown, and that type of thing doesnt bother me at all. I booked just for an overnight get away with 4 of my kids to swim and hang out. We had a clean and spacious room with 2 queens, pull out couch, small dining and coffee table. Bathroom was tight for space but had everything we needed. My kids had a blast at the pool and hot tub. We went 3 times during our 1 overnight stay. I loved the endless towels available at the pool. Free parking, no issues and no weirdos. Awesome breakfast buffet with tons of options. Every employee was extremely nice, I didn't feel the usual discomfort I tend to feel when I show up with my kids. I would take my kids back. You do need a physical card for $100 deposit, I almost blew it because I had just my digital wallet. Was able to use one of my kids greenlight debit cards to get the deposit paid! No tap payment available. Thanks for a great time! "
