"For this to be a newer hotel it was old looking and not maintained at all. The first room smelled of mold/mildew so we were moved to a different room. The bathtub was rusted and had mold around the tub. The housekeeping came at 9am and we were trying to get ready for my Dad’s funeral, so we asked them to come back but they didn’t. So that evening we had to ask for towels. The next day we had to ask for room service again. Just very disappointing."

"The property is very outdated. The room was okay but the electricity was going in and out so when we got there the room was musty. The ice machines on the first, second, and third floor didn’t work, so I had to go to the bar to get ice. Breakfast was okay.
