"Room was super clean , very convenient location. Awesome bathroom! The only thing I’d love to see improved is WiFi. Currently they give you a voucher with the length of stay but it only allows 2 phones to be connected? I wanted to use my laptop for work and needed to disconnect one of the phones to use it, plus it’s pretty spotty. Other than that great hotel!"

"Well maintained hotel at the heart of GeorgeTown. Excellent location for connectivity to the mainland, via the ferries’ jetty, very close to historical sites (eg the Khoo Kongsi), local eateries and to the lively night scene. Staff are friendly and helpful (special shout out to Nick and Eline). The night staff during my stay could smile more or just offer a warm greeting. Breakfast menu is fair and could be improved with more items l(eg coffee in a pot) plus tastier cereal and sausages. Room amenities are reasonably complete only ergonomics could be slightly improved (eg more flat space to put stuff, localised electrical plug for the kettle and a movable shower head to prevent water splashing onto the wooden door. However I am very pleased there is an in-room safety box and an air conditioner that could be turned off completely when the room gets too cold. The price is reasonable for a boutique hotel, Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would strongly recommend the hotel to local and international guests."
