"Everything was great until the last day when they forgot to clean our room. It was because they had a lot of checkouts. But no excuse they should have done the rooms who were staying on first. So we had to wait downstairs after a long day out while they came back and did the clean. Otherwise all was good but for a bit of banging of doors which were very heavy."
