"The property is good for only it's location that too only for the view from its top floor rooms (Suit). Hotel is badly understaffed. Water Geysers are not efficient thus hot water was not available. Restaurant does not serve most of the items on its menu and quality of food was average. There is lack of internal communication, Our booking was with breakfast included but restaurant was not notified hence staff asked us to pay, issue was later sorted."

"Staff at restaurant and reception were excellent! They will give you whatever you request with no hassle. The food in the restaurant is also great with various breakfast options. However, the place should not be open as it is under construction and there is constant work going on to complete New facilities which means a lot of noise. The completed work is also of a lower standard (cracked tiles, building plaster on completed floors etc). The cleaning staff also stared a lot when we were at the...
