"Very much disappointed., I was shocked when I found that our room was alloted in the basement of the hotel. The room was dark as the amount of daylight enters through two small windows at ceiling height is very less. It is worth mentioning here that we had to cancel earlier accommodation and book this particular hotel hurriedly because to meet the requirements of Slovenian Consular for submission of non refundable hotel booking document for Visa approval. "Great location in the heart of the city close to all the go to restaurants and attractions. Room was very spacious and the shower might have been the best we have ever!!! Only concern was that you needed to carry your luggage all the way to the top floor to check in ... packing light would have been useful 😁"
