Then I was downgraded to a smaller room that was clean and available ( yet smaller and cheaper than I paid for). And on top of all, someone before me smoked in a room ( I don’t smoke). "Lots of choice on the breakfast buffet though would have liked a bigger selection of fresh fruit. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food in the Skybar is excellent. The room was clean and we had a great view. Our shower was huge! Also check out the Finnish sauna which was awesome. The hotel is on a hill and it’s a bit of a walk into town but we love to walk so no problem for us. It’s cheap to get a cab if walking is an issue. "
