good friendly staff

Excellent small hotel, spotlessly clean, helpful staff. Inexpensive food and drink.

Staff was very helpful. Hotel was clean. Breakfast had options to choose from.

A few km out of the city but no problem if you have a car. Large car park as it shares the site with a petrol station which has a shop and a bar. Staff very kind, helpful and friendly. Get up early for the fresh scrambled eggs and sausage!

Excellent hotel, breakfast could be better, but the evening meal was excellent. Room and temperature were perfect.

Room was fantastic and large. Hotel also falls under the same catagory. However there are not 2 pools and a hot tub, there are 2 hot tubs. One of which is on its own, the other is half hot tub, half current pool.but it was still relaxing. The ate at the restaurant, there was extremely slow service. We was in there for roughly an hour and 20 minutes, and only had 2 courses, considering we were the only ones in there, it was a little frustrating. There was a vast selection for breakfast,...

We stayed for one night because it was only what we needed, but i recommend this place 100% because it is a very clean one, and because you get a cozy and a spacious room, where you can spend the night if you are traveling alone or with your family. Both possibilities do fit!

Wonderful rooms, friendly staff, easy to get to on the tram/bus, and next to one of the best restaurants in Zagreb.

Lovely secluded hotel, off the main road in its own cul de sac , small personel, clean and delightful. and very peaceful. excellent breakfast, located by main tram stops which can take you to main square, railway station or bus station, located just off centre so lots of excellent small cheap restaraunts ,café bars and bakeries. Easy walking around central Zagreb. a simple, comfortable, hotel with as well a small bar even selling local good craft beer.

It was fantastic, the hotel and staff we're brilliant. Zagreb was really nice, everyone we met was just so helpful, friendly and pleasant.People just coming up and asking if they could help, the zoo was great cabs we're cheap, tram were cheap and free WiFi throughout city was amazing. It was marvellous can't wait to go back.

I first stayed at this hotel in 2007 just after it opened and before it was part of the Best Western group. The hotel is situated a few km from the airport and a short bus or car ride to the center of Zagreb. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is adequate, and the staff are efficient and friendly. Free wifi is available in rooms and public places, and parking is available. I often call in to the cafe bar whilst waiting for a flight.

Had an amazing stay for my brothers wedding, my children and I was very comfortable. Lovely staff and breakfast.

Perfect for close to the bus station. Tim the night receptionist was fantastic. Perfect room. Big bed. Fantastic value.
