"We had an amazing stay. As a regular traveller I have stayed in many resorts, hotels and holiday rentals Kurulu Estate is top notch and one of the most tranquil and relaxing places I have stayed. It is very secluded, with only two rooms on the property. It is in the jungle overlooking the mountains. This place really is a treasure. The whole time my husband kept asking me, "how did you find this place?" We were upgraded to the "best room". The design of the room was gorgeous, service was amazing...

"We spoilt ourselves with 2 nights in Ahas Pokuna. This is a truly special place. Greeted at the road side by Arun our naturalist guide we were immediately enveloped in the forest following a footpath (truly the only access) leading us up the the very exclusive camp. We were the only guest and had the middle of three tent suites/tree houses. The beautifully maintained grounds of the camp are full of birds and the staff are always attentive. "One of our favourite stays in Sri Lanka! Lovely family run accommodation in a quiet area. The family were so welcoming and it was such a pleasure getting to know them.
