"To start with, I booked the room 3 weeks in advance, we were suppose to have a 2 queen bed room. We get there and they have us down for a 1 king room with pullout sofa, turns out they gave our room away to the team Alabama is playing in the super regional baseball game. Didn’t notify us or anything. There were 4 of us in the room, the pullout is big enough for 1 person, so my daughter wound up sleeping in the floor. Not enough towels in the room, the room isn’t built for 4, they made us bring the used towels down before they gave us more. Then we go down on day 2 to ask for more towels, they had 1 towel left that’s it. Again there’s 4 of us in this room with 1 towel now. Absolutely rediculous how this place was ran during our 3 night stay. It was one thing after another. Probly won’t stay at any more courtyards again, and possibly the whole Marriott system. For the price you pay, you should at least get the room you booked and clean towels. Terrible stay"
