"Pool fabulous outlook "

"Print or save your map beforehand. Do not exit onto a gravel road! The property is located inside a golf community. The map on the listing is incorrect! As of October 2025 all maps including Google, Waze and Apple maps all have the wrong and remote location. The correct location is Lucero. We had a beautiful experience! Everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. We had an amazing stay!"

"Clean room, comfortable bed and bedding, available late check-in with code, quiet location, cute room and restaurant. However be aware if on second floor that the stairs up are outside, very narrow, and they go directly into the room (no landing). Also the room has limited hooks and no shelves. We also had to request a heater for our second night. We slept in many layers our first night since we got in late and the AC was blowing at 16c. But overall, we liked it."

"We did not go to the spa . However the property is surrounded by a river and a Forrest behind it. Slept with the doors open. The sound of the river was very soothing. "

Their grounds were so beautiful! The flowers, gardens and paths, the frogs at night and the birds were wonderful. We would stay here again. We highly recommend their restaurant! Delicious. "Great location in the center of Boquete yet quiet. There is a coffee shop attached to the hotel which serves the best bakery items we sampled during our trip to Panama. Very helpful with storing our baggage during early check in and late check out. Everything including air conditioning, WiFi and shower worked well. The room is spacious and the beds comfortable. My only minor complaint is that cupboard and drawer space is very small for a 3-person room."

While the rest of the staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating, we had a major issue with one specific female staff member. Upon arrival, she was quite rude and flatly refused to answer basic questions about our reservation, stating that she would not assist us until 3:00 PM.
