"Great stay! The internet was fast, and while the building is decent, it could use some updates, especially the bathrooms. Breakfast offered a good selection; eggs, potatoes, bagels, cereal, oats, and French toast; but adding pancakes or waffles would be a nice touch, especially for kids. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants just a minute’s walk away. It’s also very close to the airport, with shuttle available."

"We arrived too early for check-in. However, the girl that was at the desk was phenomenal. She greeted us, explained that we were too early to check in as they were still checking people out. We explained that we were unable to go anywhere as we had so much luggage. She graciously allowed us to lock our luggage up and hang out at the pool until our room was ready. This was above and beyond what we expected, and we were very grateful for her service."

"When I arrived I felt like this was not what I signed up for. I attempted to schedule the remainder of our stay at two other hotels prior to our arrival once my daughter pointed it that she saw it was a two star rating. I worked it out and spent 4 hour on the phone with Expedia because the hotel and Expedia couldn’t communicate and pillow through with what either told me they would do, again prior to the arrival. "Stayed a night before flying out of FLL the next day. Location is very convenient and about 10 mins from the airport.
Room was spacious and overall clean except washrooms need more work. Curtains were not in great shape and floor had a lot of hair so not thoroughly cleaned beforehand. Some of the top bed covers had stains so could use a new set. But overall a comfortable short-term stay. "
