"At first glance the room didn’t look too bad, nothing spectacular but it is an older place. Then after walking around the room barefoot we discovered our feet turned black from the dirty floor. On the morning of our check out day a dead roach appeared on the floor that wasn’t there previously. The light for the sink room didn’t work also. The continental breakfast consisted of waffles, oatmeal and cold cereal as the main food. The HVAC worked just fine and bathtub drained properly. We don’t recommend staying here due to the lack of normal cleaning."

"Staff was excellent, called to make sure everything was okay with our room. Breakfast had several added touches such as freshly brewed coffee, cage-free eggs Etc. Room was clean and smelled fresh. We were well pleased with the accommodation. Pool was closed though so we weren't able to give a review on that."

"Staff was very rude made reservations and when time of checking says anything it means any time go at 7 and my room was giving away at 5 almost did not find a room for my family after having this one for almost a month saved"

"Rooms and common areas were kept very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Took one point off because there wasn’t ample parking—to be fair, I visited during a peak time (huge festival going on in town); also, there was a lot of noise late into the night coming from the downstairs lounge (the outside seating area is in the courtyard adjacent to the rooms). "
