"The thermal waters and the construction around the pools are great. The rest is pretty bad. No hot water in the rooms, no WiFi, a water leak from the ceiling, the lighting is terrible, dark because the only window is tiny, the view from the only window is to the parking lot. Having those majestic mountains around is a real pity you see parked cars. Had to beg for a hand towel and a bathroom mat. The selection of food is poor and no healthy options. This hotel needs a new vision to keep up with...

"Absolutely phenomenal "feel" to the property. Lobby, common areas, rooms all have charm. Friendly and rapidly helpful staff. Perfect location for Barrio Antiguo, Santa Lucia, rest of Centro. Clean. Comfortable. However, internet speed quite sporadic and toilet paper holder awkward (obviously a very minor quibble). Nevertheless, beyond impressive."

area are stunning with an incredible ambiance. The service was great. Room was quiet and also styled beautifully and clean. The hotels right at the edge of the historical area with lots to do just around the corner, and the museum and canal and a minute walk away too. I’ll certainly be back "
