"Pretty nice for the price compared to other options, nice view, big enough for 4 people, we really loved the balcony. Both girls were really responsive to our needs and communication was easy. Underground parking is a big plus and the proximity to the beach is top notch. On the negative side I would point the awful smell of urine in the toilets, no matter the products we sprayed, the smell always came back... The kitchen is really small and not practical.
