"Everything was ok until the shower. There was no soap. Liquid container was empty. When checking out I mentioned it. The receptionist was more intent on writing a note to housekeeping than talking to me. It was oh sorry we let it get empty until filling it. My fault apparently I should have rung them. I was wet in the shower with conditioner in my hair. This is a basic requirement especially at over $300 per night. Yes these things get missed it was the staffs attitude that upset me.
