"Notre séjour dans cet hôtel s'est globalement bien déroulé et l'établissement est tout à fait correct pour un quatre étoiles tunisien. Cependant, un point négatif est à souligner : la gestion de notre réservation. Nous avons dû constater par nous-mêmes qu'on nous avait facturé le dîner alors que nous avions une réservation en pension complète.
