"They are the worst. We had to cancel due to major flooding and a cyclone in Phuket and they would not give our money back. How are we supposed to come in a major storm??? They have zero care in the world. I’d stay away. Also the villas in a storm like that wouldn’t be safe but they do not care and ..."
