"Arrived at hotel early evening. Had problems from beginning i.e. trying to log in to pay for parking, enquiries re breakfast. Staff do not know anything about parking, restaurant and leisure facilities as they are all owned separately. Have stayed here often over previous years but sadly it has gone downhill. However, the room was clean, bed and bedding was very comfortable and bathroom/shower came with soap and toiletry sachets. We didn't get breakfast as it didn't look worth paying £14. We won't be returning to what was once a wonderful hotel with great staff."

"Our room was next to a water noisy pump which kept us up late and woke us up multiple times in the night. The staff were unwilling to offer a late check out for those taking part in the Etape Caledonia which is the reason why we were there. Considering it's one of the biggest events in Pitlochery's calendar, we felt they were being inconsiderate and could have been more supportive to guests. The car park at the rear is very small. Plenty of guests were struggling to find parking. The rest of the hotel and facilities were perfectly adequate."

"Nice friendly staff. However both elevators were broken when we arrived. One had been out of order for 2 weeks. The other went out of order the day we arrived. We had to wait 3 hours for a technician to sort it. Having ordered an accessible bedroom, which was in the 3rd floor, this is completely unacceptable. Nice hotel though and helpful staff"

"Clean tidy rooms in the town centre , has aspa and bar , very good breakfast with good choice ,helpful staff, no evening meals served . Large airy room with shower ensuite. Would book again. One gripe was the room has no coat hooks or shelves only small cupboard with a few hangers so most items like coats etc laid on the floor , also no place to hang your towels after your shower, minor thing but important if you have wet coats etc."
