"Great staff! Cleanliness was ok. The bathrooms definitely need work. One of the biggest issues was that the thermostat can’t be set to less than 25C and it was warm in the room. Breakfast was good."

"The check in was confusing. Eventually staff showed up. Did the job, but no more. Room was big, clean, and bed was fine. Couldn't really feel air conditioning. I was promised a robot to deliver room service. No robot. Food was terrible. Shuttle on time. That's the most I can say."
