"We had a couple of blips with the housekeeping staff, our room was not cleaned one day and we had no water in the room another day. On the plus side the reception staff went above and beyond to recommend tours and answer our questions. Breakfast had good choices, something for everybody."

"Great luxury minimalist hotel in a fabulous location. My only minor complaint is that the soundproofing could be a bit better. Especially in the bathroom. Fortunately our neighbors were all fairly respectful."

"This is a great hotel. The location is perfect as it just outside the zone you want to walk so its not noisy at all. The staff are beyond amazing and help with every possible need. Comfortable beds, very clean and stocked rooms. I would definately stay here again."

"This hotel is a hidden gem! Carlos at the front desk provided amazing hospitality, greeting with a smile, always eager to assist and will made by stay the best! The entire staff are professional, the location is great and the breakfast is one of the best. I also had dinner there and it was very good, my only complaint was the service in the kitchen was extremely slow. I was the only one there when I put my dinner in and it took 30 mins just to get bread basket and another 25 minutes for my meal. The waiter was very good so I know it wasn’t him, it was the kitchen. Dinner was cooked perfectly and the portion size was great. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I really love the bath products. It is my favorite so far out of the 4 I stayed in Portugal and one of the top 2 favorite hotels in all of Europe during my travels. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable❣️ I can’t wait to return!"
