"Outstanding one of a kind Hotel Boutique everything in it is ancient from the 1700s the staff is amazing the service is excellent my room was excellent in every way with a shower water pressure was really good which is rare in Mexico the bed comfortable I can't say enough about this place this should be a five-star hotel"

Clean room

"It’s an old hotel the pool was dirty and the locks on the door were iffy a whole wall is glass and the curtains don’t cover it all so I had to get creative to cover the rest as to not be seen but the hotel room was clean the tv only had 4 channels "

"It was quiet, out of the way. The road into the town was 20 Kms of cobbles, so not really good for ordinary cars, better driving with pickup or larger vehicles. The room was well appointed and cozy for 3 people. Cooking was minimal but adequate for light meals and breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our overnight stay. However not sure in the longer term. Although they do have rooms of varying sizes for different numbers."

"Real de Catorce is a great town, but be aware that everywhere in town and including this hotel is on an incline. You will get a leg workout and it is at 8000ft. The room was great and the restaurant next to it was wonderful. The owners of the both businesses were very friendly."
